I'm Gill Jacob, a wee (5ft) expat Scottish wife living in Finland with the love of my life, Darlin Husband. For nearly 11 years, I have written nearly 1200 posts about Films, TV, Books and all things Entertainment on my blog at Realweegiemidget Reviews. I am a Native English speaker and a Finnish citizen with intermediate Finnish language skills.

I am always more than happy to review and promote movies and TV from any country, decade or genre. I also love to review entertainment themed books such as autobiographies, biographies and film or television themed content. I am an active member of the Women Film Critic Circle, Online Association of Female Film Critics, Online Film and Television Association, Classic Movie Blog Association and Finnish Film Critics Association. In these five Critics groups, I have represented critic associations in panel groups and taken an active role in nominating and voting for their annual awards.

On my blog, I have also interviewed several actors, actresses, authors and filmmakers. I also write voluntarily for the Dark Pages Magazine and recently completed a countdown of neo-noirs by decade from the 2020s through to the 1960s.
